Diane, CEO / Area Director
My experience has been vast in the intellectual and developmental disability service arena. Thus involving the duties of a direct service professional; all levels of management; financial; professional advocate; healthcare; and currently serving as an Area Director and the Chief Executive Officer.

Beverly Rader, Comptroller
As the Comptroller for MNIS for many, many years, my responsibilities include: Creating and compiling annual budgets using information provided by the local offices, as well as additional information relating to revenue and expenses locally and regionally that are necessary in the provision of our services, coordinate and analyze fiscal audits and interacting with our independent accounting firm, prepare financial reports and review accuracy of the data produced, provide financial reports to the Management Team and Regional Governing Board, monitoring the receipt of amounts of billed for provision of our services and prepare statistical reports to meet federal and state requirements.

Monica Rudolf, Area Director / Regional Habilitation Specialist / Payroll Director
My duties at the Central Office include processing the regional payroll, staff employment background checks with various agencies and coordinating the Human and Legal Rights Committee meetings.

Barb Holsten, Benefits Administrator
For the region, my duties include: Processing client payroll, monitoring and reporting short and long-term disability leaves, compiling and processing checks for the region through the accounts payable software for both MNIS and the Foundation and providing support to the area bookkeepers on billing and coding.

Pam Stromer, Information Management Director
My responsibilities as IMD include everything related to the agency's IT hardware, software, contracts and website. I also work with the Comptroller to process area's accounts receivables and regional reports and keep track of the employee benefit programs.
